Training as Parents Program

The Training as Parents Program aims to support parents/caregivers of First Nations’ students from Preschool to Year 6, based in Condobolin, who are at risk of disengagement from the education system. Through the Program, LWRS aims to improve education attendance rates, increase parental engagement with education providers, and increase community knowledge of education procedures and programs.

LWRS provides holistic support through the TAP Program, and often collaborate with other community organisations to ensure that every possible avenue of assistance and opportunity is provided to our local families.

The TAP Program is proudly funded by the Australian Government’s National Indigenous Australians Agency.
